  • Non-Refundable 24 Hours After Purchase: Once we begin crafting your custom design, we cannot resell it—so we can’t refund orders after this window.
  • Why the Policy? Our artisans pour time and passion into these personal pieces; canceling mid-production means their efforts can’t be reclaimed. Your support truly helps sustain the art and the artists behind it!

    • With your approval, we print your design on high-grade canvas.
    • Each print is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  3. 🚚 Shipping (1–2 weeks)
    • We then ship your piece using trusted carriers.
    • Delivery times vary by location and any possible carrier or customs delays.
